At Hipkin we respect your privacy. Your personal details are collected for the purpose of processing and delivering orders efficiently and securely. Your details will not be shared with any third party.
As a Hipkin customer, we will automatically add you to our sales and promotions mailing list, with the option to unsubscribe included on every email you receive.
Hipkin customers can expect to receive their goods within 2-5 business days from order confirmation online and all orders will be shipped using Australia Post services.

Express - please choose the 'express' option at the checkout or contact us via email for any special express requests.

Spend $100 and receive free shipping anywhere in Australia.
To receive goods outside Australia our shipping fee ranges from $15-$35 (AUS) depending on the destination, this will automatically worked out at the checkout. Occasionally, if it's a very small order the fee can be adjusted. For more information please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the delivery address and we will calculate the shipping cost and advise you of delivery options.
Please note for orders above $200 placed outside Australia we may ask for credit card identification before dispatch. This means you would need to supply us with a scanned copy of the credit card used to make the purchase, with the signature visible, along with the last 4 digits only. A drivers license and/or passport with the matching name and signature may also be required.
Returns & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can refund, exchange or receive a credit (valid for 6 months) within 10 days of receiving your order by following the 'Returns & Exchange Procedure' below. The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit;
Items must be unworn, and not tarnished, damaged or altered. (For hygiene reasons, please ensure that the hygiene strip remains intact and underwear is worn when trying on garments).
Packaging, tags and labels should be attached and in the same condition as received.
The item should be returned within 10 days (from the day your receive to the day you send to Hipkin)
Proof of purchase – receipt or credit card copy available for proof of purchase on request
Sale items are final sale only and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
Hipkin reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
Please note, the cost of return delivery is not covered by hipkin and remains the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchange Procedure
Follow these steps to return or exchange your item;
1. Email email@example.com with details of your return or exchange so that we can have a record of what is coming from whom.
2. Return the unworn and undamaged item(s) with clear sender details so that we can process correctly. For exchange requests please include a self-addressed postage paid satchel to;

3. Once we receive your goods, we will process the exchange or refund immediately.
*We recommend that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return of your goods as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods to Hipkin.
We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, should your items be damaged or opened on receipt, please advise us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept all major credit cards, including Amex, PayPal and direct deposit. Once payment has been approved, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Hipkin is committed to ensuring our prices are kept as low as possible and reserves the right to change prices at our discretion to reflect associated market conditions and operating costs. Pricing includes GST and is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Items purchased for international delivery will not be subject to GST.
